FULLERTON, CA. – (Sept. 3, 2013) – Football season is back and so is Yokohama Tire Corporation’s “Home Team Pride” promotion featuring the National Football League’s (NFL) Chicago Bears, New England Patriots and, for the first time, the Indianapolis Colts.
“These teams have some of the largest and most passionate fan bases in the NFL,” said Andrew Briggs, Yokohama director, marketing and product planning. “Plus, they are in strong markets for our dealers – a good reason the ‘Home Team Pride’ promotion is expected to generate excellent foot traffic to our local dealers.”
The promotion runs through October 13 and consists of Colts and Patriots fans receiving a $100 gift card when purchasing a set of four Yokohama tires from participating dealers. The gift card can be used at the Colts Pro Shop at Lucas Oil Stadium (www.coltsproshoponline.com) or at the Patriots ProShop at Gillette Stadium (www.patriotsproshop.com).
For Bears fans, the promotion includes a free, exclusive blue version of the popular Bears ‘Kick Off’ hoodie with the purchase of four Yokohama tires from participating dealers.
In addition to the Bears, Colts and Patriots, Yokohama’s 2013 sports sponsorship roster includes partnerships with Major League Baseball’s Cincinnati Reds, Los Angeles Angels and New York Yankees.
